The integrations with other products is getting better and the natural integrations with Microsoft products is fantastic. The whole Power Platform is really good now and Microsoft are constanting making things better and easier to use and configure. I love the low/no code as I am not a programmer but I have studied and learnt enough to be good at configuring Dynamics for my clients. > > **Desventajas**: The licensing and the fact they stopped the not for profit grants for 5 free licenses. It is still reasonably priced, but for a NFP every cent counts. > > I have found through the years my experience to be very positive. If I have ever had any issues the Microsoft customer support have always been quick and mostly good.
